I have a current Microsoft account which I have no problems with.

About 11 years ago I opened a Windows live photo gallery account on a desk top supported by windows 97.

this unit has given up the will to work.  I have tried several times to  access my account but to no avail, I just cant find any way to get in.

I have hundreds of family photos stuck in limbo.

Could you please point me in the right direction to resolve this problem
