when I open my e-mail account I can see the first message but I am unable to read the rest of my mail. When I click on tools the reading pane options have all a dot in front of them (Off ,Right ,Bottom) and I am unable to deselect any of them. Also I am unable to switch between inbox and junk or to delete anything. What can I do to fix the problem?
