When I'ld open email just now, outlook said "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the page.  If you keep receiving this message, go to Service status to see if there's a problem with Outlook."  But I don't know how to refresh, how to go to Service status .  Can everyone help me to settle this problem?
