Problem is in the message pane, the top 2-3millimetres of the title in each message is ‘cut off’.

I have recently bought a new laptop with windows 8.1 and  Windows Live Mail 2012.

Problem is in the message pane, the top 2-3millimetres of the title in each message is 'cut off'.

Any suggestions please.
