I am trying to place a picture into a blog using Windows Live Writer. The picture comes from a website url but I keep getting this error message when pasting the url into 'insert web image "Preview is currently unavailable.  Please check the entered URL and your network connection".

There is nothing wrong with the URL as it can be pasted into a browser and the picture shows up with no problem.  There is nothing wrong with the network connection either.

I cannot find any help about this error message or why it is appearing.
