I always use Window live mail (Window Essentials) for my email accounts ...  recently I keep getting problems to synchronize emails for my hotmail accounts (only hotmail accounts)  ..  the error message being "Server Error 3219"  and no synchronizing can be done.  When I delete my hotmail account and add back again, synchronizing fails and nothing can be received
