Problem corrected has returned: Font size dropped down mid email on the lap pc(not desktop) & correcting via options does not function. Help anyone?

The font size dropping down (Outlook only) and cannot be corrected using Email options to change the font size.  The font is so small that I canot
read it...but ONLY in the Outlook email.  There is no identical problem using my desktop.  Help anyone? Thanks.
