Ever since setting up Outlook to receive my email from Time Warner, I can regularly SEND email but I only receive them sporadically.  When I go into Roadrunner mail, the emails are not there, either.  I've checked all the settings and they seem to be correct.  I know I am not getting all my emails because I've alerted people and they tell me if they sent me something.  I do not have a smartphone with email.
