I am using Windows 7 Premium Home. Sent 3 photos using email option from Picasa. Windows Live mail has been stuck with outbound message for last 24 hours with message "publishing Photo album" with a green bar 3/4 the way across. I cannot receive or send any emails.  If I log on to my service provider Comcast, the emails are there but cannot be downloaded. I have tried everything to stop the process with no success.  Rebooted pc, ran Norton 360, ran fix Windows Essentials with no change.

Any help is appreciated.
