I don't seem to be able to print emails from the windows mail app( although the same emails will print if i open them from the website in a browser.

I go to the bottom right corner and get the print/ sync box and select print. the list printers comes up(epson xp710 and microsoft xps doc writer). I click on epson and the section with the preview window and setting option scomes up with the rotating dots in the preview window BUT that changes to "no preview". I press print but all that happens is the papanel dissappears and nothing prints. The same happens if i select xps doc writer.

What am I doing wrong or is it not actually possible to print emails from live mail on 8.1?
