Since the latest window 10 update I can no longer print on my Officejet 3830 either on USB or wirelessly.  I can access the printer from my android and apples devices.  My pc knows the printer is there but can't seem to connect to it.  I have downloaded all the latest printer software from HP to no avail.  Please help
