Printed Email cut off at right side

I'm running Windows Live Mail 2012 in Windows 8.1.  Why is the first page of the printed HTML formatted email cut off on the right margin by an inch?  Windows 8.1 includes Internet Explorer 11 and there is no hotfix for it.
