I had created an account with my primary email and received the email from Microsoft Account Team to verify my email address which I did.  However after trying to sign back in I received the message that unable to use that email address because it is already in use.    I have chatted with virtual and live support and no on can answer except deactivate and wait 30 days and try to use MY primary email address again to create a new account

 

 

Anyone else have this issue?
