My POP3/SMTP login for Hotmail, normally effortless, has been flaky for the past few days -- sometimes working fine, sometimes not (asking over and over again for password and then not logging in).  Has anyone else noticed this?  It would be great if MS would have more detailed information about these kinds of issues on their service status.
