So my main email account got hacked about three weeks ago, for three weeks ive been getting sent around in circles I tried the recover process but the alternate email that is being used is super old and I have no clue what the username or password is and whenever I use the questionnaire I get denied ive tried this process many many times but it never works and my cell phone isn't connected to my email account.

Please don't tell me to try the recovery process and ive changed my account password but it still says ive been hacked.

Please help me this is my most important email account.
