Hi, a couple of days ago my Hotmail account was blocked and I think it may have been hacked somehow. I have tried to recover it using my partners account which I'm using to contact you now due to me not remembering my verification question or alternate email address I had set up a long time ago. However, it did say someone would get back to us within 24 hours but there has been nothing. I'm really worried about what information anyone may have obtained from my email as I used it as my main email address for everything especially personal things.
