Original title: PLEASE HELP! (windows 8.1 laptop)

Hi, I have brought a laptop without windows live movie maker installed (I use it). Does it mean I cant have it or do I need install it myself? If I could install it my self would it have a safe download as I don't want any viruses , worms , Trojans or malware
