I am having an issue with multiple browsers and all PCs. This is NOT a anti-virus issue like others have posted as I get this same message from many computers running different anti-vrus. I cannot get to HOTMAIL, LIVE.. the APPS on both windows and android work fine... PLEASE HELP!

Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.
You cannot visit bay168.mail.live.com right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.
