My long time Hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) got hacked some months ago by someone, i have been trying to log in but when it is time for Hotmail to send me a log in code to my alternate email that's when the problem begins as i do not know what the alternative email the are showing me is and the account has been active for so long that i really thought to put any personal details in so i cant fill in the questioner, now i need to log in the get some student loan information but i cant and i really need it, i got off the phone with and Xbox live support guy and he told me to come here and ask if it is possible for the alternative email that the code is sent to can be change to my other email account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) or something so i can get in please i really need help urgently and any would be largely appreciated, Thank you.
