hi

im a bit annnoyed as to why i can't access my hotmail account to check my emails! i knw my email address (not this one obviously) and my password but all of a sudden it's telling me 'it looks like someone else is using your account' ...... because i access my emails on my phone and on a computer my phoned is still technically signed in and i can quickly look before it says it requires a password. but in my inbox i seem to have random emails with attachments that have appeared out of knowhere.......!?!?

i don't have a clue whats going on! i need to access my account ASAP! i set my account up like yeaaaaaaaars ago and i have no information.. it's telling me the information i am typing is not enough .... so i tried again and it said that i didnt provide correct information.... well i'm sorry that i don't remember this inforamtion from years ago. i'd appriciate it if you or someone can help me access my account again. WHAT ELSE can i do.... i can't remember the password for the alternate email address either.

How can i prove it's my account? i know certain companys that email me a lot. i just don't think i typed in accurate information to begin with clearly....

also, i tried another  method of trying to access my account via my phone.........once again...... MY NUMBER HAS CHANGED OVER THE YEARS.... that is why it doesnt match.........
