I have had the email address for a very long time now, and its very strange what has actually happened. My account was working fine Saturday morning I was receiving emails without problem. And then around1pm my time I got an email sent to (an email address I had used to recover about a year ago) saying that has been changed t I then clicked the link to state that this was not my decision and I changed my email password and when I went to rename my primary alias (back it did not allow this and I was forced to make as an alias. But now anything sent to doesn't come through to my account I now have access toot. Please say that this is fixable or there is some way to merge the two accounts or 'forcibly' put as an alias? Please I have many accounts linked to that I now have no access to and no way of recovering without the emails I should be receiving. Sorry if the explanation is hard to follow but I've removed all the email addresses for security reasons. But Microsoft has said that my original email address that I've had for many years now doesn't exist? Please is there just a way to change my email address back to my original hotmail account that I had just several days ago.
