I really don't need to access the whole account, but would do all I can to recover a few email correspondences. This is a beloved mentor and maternal figure to me in my teenage years, and she passed away today after battling cancer for nine years. If anyone is able to look into my account and help me proceed, I would be eternally grateful!

I can answer many security questions regarding the content of the account, just not the most recent ones because they are probably all junk mail and I haven't sent any email from there in two years. I appreciate your effort to keep the accounts safe, and would love to send IDs/photos that have been attached in emails/other forms of proof.
