Please help. I get the error code 0xC946002C

saying,

"This file might be corrupted or in a format that Movie Maker doesn’t recognize." 

MAH000033.MP4 is supposedly the corrupted file

The format that I am using is .MP4 and on the same SD Card I have multiple other videos that play just fine in MM. All of them are the same format. The video named MAH00032.MP4 is before the said corrupted file and the video I have after that file MAH00034.MP4 plays just fine. I have tried to run the Microsoft Fix it tool for codecs but it says  but your operating system is not supported by Microsoft Fix it at this time. 

I am running Windows 8.1 

Please advise, I really don't want to lose this video. How can I save it? It plays fine on the Sony camcorder and it also plays on the Power DVD 12. However, I need to edit it before I publish and share and the only place I know to do that is Windows Movie Maker. I have never had a problem with this camcorder(same make and model as you both)  or SD Card before.
