This is most likely a common problem. I have forgotton my hotmail login password, I have followed the answer to the on screen prompts to reset which have so far been unsucessful. I have completed the form which a says they will get back to me within 24 hours (attached) but receive no response. I really need to access my hotmail account so anyone know how this can be done or how I can email hotmail support?
