Additionally, what I don't understand, is why this has to become a public matter? Why on all of these posts where someone with the capabilities to enable this feature replies, do they not include a link to somewhere where these change requests can be

I have been looking for how to reset passwords on domains.live.com, and all I found for answers was other peoples posts here, asking how, and then someone else responds that they have been enabled. Please enable my passwords.
