Please can you let me know how I can receive a refund for the Outlook programme because it is not suitable for my business

Please can I speak to somebody about receiving a refund for the Outlook package that I have bought.
I cannot send emails to groups of contacts like I used to in the old Outlook programme.
This is absolutely useless.  Nobody responds to questions.
What has happened to actually being able to speak to a person or at least being able to type a question to somebody and being able to have a conversation via rhe computer?
