On January 25, 2015, I have posted a request for help following previous comments on a similar issue that I am experiencing with Windows Live Mail, instead of starting a new thread (as suggested in the FAQ section to avoid duplication of thread for similar issues): http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/livemail-email/windows-live-mail-displays-the-wrong-message-no/55064094-5290-4f68-9c25-3bb8df6ef686. Considering that as of February 11, I still had not received help, I decided to start my own thread as I noticed from others threads that there is higher probability to received a helpful answer and in a reasonable delay.
In short:
- Issue summary: I have no problem importing my emails and accessing to their individual content in my Inbox/Sent items/Deleted items. The problem starts when I filed my emails in some of my storage folders. Once an email in filled in one of the problematic folders, I am still able to see the emails individual characteristic (object, size, sender, etc.), but when I want to read the content of an email, it is always a unique message by folder that is showing up. This problem has been going on for a while, but was limited to only specific folders. Now, it is also propagating to some of the new folders that I am creating and I really want to take action to solve this problem.
- I am using the 2011 French version of Windows Live Mail. My computer is running with the French Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (64 bit) with all updates.
- I am using WLM to import emails from multiple accounts (Gmail, Live, Videotron (a company in my region), UQO (a university in my region). The problematic folders contain emails of different accounts.
- In 2010-2011, I was using Outlook to manage my emails and changed for WLM 2011. The issue with some of the storage folders. I do not recall exactly when the problem started (maybe a year later) and if I have done something in particular that could have cause this issue.
I have searched among all the questions that have an answered status (with the following criteria Type: / Category: Windows Essentials/ Product: Windows Live Mail / Topic: File, Folders and Online Storage) and did not find any threads corresponding to my issue.
I have done an extensive searched with different key words in the Microsoft Community and found multiple threads mentioning an identical or similar problem to mine (see below). I have tried all of the solutions mentioned in the relevant threads, but my issue has still not been solved.
As you can see from all the threads identified, this is a recurrent problem for many users, but I am under the impression that many quick suggestions were made, but that no one took the time to really solve it. Please advice. I am determined to get rid of this problem for good.

- Suggestion of Ryniel_P on April 19, 2012:
- I already tried to completely uninstall all my WLM and to set in back. In this process, I have reconfigured all my email accounts, but the problem persisted.
- The problematic folders in which every email have the same content are not related to my accounts but my store folders. When I receive an email from one of my accounts, the content is fine and I can see it for each email. The problem starts when I am filing an email in some storage folders and then I lost access to the individual contents of the email.
- Ryniel_P suggested to the poster Garry Carter to send him a private message. Therefore, I do not know if the problem has been resolve, but the status of the question is not shown as “Answered”. Is there a way to contact directly Ryniel_P?

I do not pretend to have inventory all the threads related to my issue with some storage folders. At some point, I just stopped my research as I think I proved my point and did not find for a while new suggestions that I did not tried yet.
Thank you in advance for your help.
