"All photos and Videos" have the generic photo in all thumbnails as do individual photo sub-files. The original photo associated with each thumbnail is complete behind the thumbnail, but the only why to view it is to double click the thumbnail.
I have no clue how this anomaly took place, but I would dearly like to get the thumbnails operating properly.
