Hi there

I've just come across some issues with my photo viewer application, it doesn't seem to want to open or view files. I have tried different types of files, additionally i have opened the same files in other apps successfully. I realize photo viewer doesn't open all types of photos, but the one specific file i was using, is a JPEG. The screen currently says "can't open this picture because either photo viewer doesn't support this file type, or you don't have the latest updates to photo viewer" 

I searched windows updates on my computer and downloaded all updates that were pending. Still I have this issue.
