This is driving me mad. Just finished a clean reinstall of Windows 7. Everythiong else works but when I come to try to open my reinstalled version of Photo Gallery I get "Photo Gallery encountered an error and can't start. Error code: 0x800700a1

I can't see any reference to a similar problem elsewhere on these forums and have tried the fixit and adjusting the pd6 etc etc but no dice. I have uninstalled and reinstalled including uninstalling via cmd and repairing the installation etc but no use.

My users folder is on a seperate drive to my OS and programs...but this is hardly unusual
