I'm working with Win 8.1 in Dell All in one PCs. Some of the PC are showing Screensaver in full screen.

Yet some PC are not.
Can some one please explain how to solve this Issue?
* I need to run screensaver in full screen mode
* Working with settings Transition Fade and Shuffle Fast
