Original title: Issues With Photo Gallery After Sleep or Shut Down

For the past couple of months I've had issues with Photo Gallery not loading or loading thumb nails. The problem usually presents itself after going to sleep a couple of times or a few times shutting windows down (I have "fast startup" enabled). In order to fix it I have to restart the computer. I was wondering if there is another solution to this problem? I have uninstalled and reinstalled Photo Gallery as well as run the "repair all Windows Essentials" through Uninstall a Program.

I do realize that if I turn off "fast start" and turn off sleep it would fix the problem but I do like the quicker startup. Any and all suggestions would be most welcomed.
