I just bought the HP AMD A8 laptop windows 8.1 and can't get photo gallery to run smoothly.I've tried to repair it by using the programs and features and even uninstalled it and reinstalled it,also tried the trouble shooting guide with no effect.I just get the message every time as showed.....And help please.
