I'm using Photo Gallery to import photos from my Samsung Galaxy S5.  I am currently using Windows 10.  As recently as April 2016, I was importing photos from this same phone (to this same laptop) with this app just fine.  When I tried to import today, it recognized my phone, but when I click to import it says "No photos or videos were found on this device".  The phone is unlocked with my passcode.  A majority of photos are stored on a microSD card that IS mounted, but it is not even showing the photos that are stored on the phone.  I tried to uninstall the device on the laptop and restart, but it didn't work.  Also, my husband's Samsung Galaxy 4 isn't recognizing photos either, and this phone also previously worked.  I have photos from a recent vacation that I am desperate to transfer!  Please help!
