I When starting windows live photo gallery I get the message "Photo Gallery encountered an error and can't start. Error code 0x80070015" and then it closes. I have tried uninstalling and restarting and reinstalling. I have tried repairing the install. I have treid this microsoft fix it program I found while searching for a solution but nothing has worked and I am still recieving the same error message. I am running win 7 64bit version. Let me know if any other info is needed.
