Hi there!

Can anyone assist me!  I cannot edit photos in Photo Gallery and it is driving me crazy... 

We have a new laptop with Windows Essentials 2012.  As soon as I open Photo Gallery and try to make some amendments to a photo, it crashes,  I get an error as which states that it has stopped working.  I have checked my Windows updates, tried troubleshooting and have also uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Essentials.

Does anyone have any further suggestions?  I am not very tech savvy but I am hoping this is a regular problem and easy fixed.
