Photos I have on Photo Gallery randomly get the 'date taken' changed.  I have photos I have looked at many times and they are in the correct sequence.  Then suddenly one day I will notice that some of them show up with a different 'date taken' usually close to the date I am looking at them.  If I change the 'date taken' back to the correct date, they will be fine for a while.  Then randomly others will have the date taken changed.

Also when I import movies from my camera or anybody else's camera, the date taken doesn't remains correct.  They will have the correct date when I import the movies and they will be in the correct sequence with photos, but if I look at them again on a later day, the movies will be incorrect.  This not only happens to me, but to other people I know who are using Photo Gallery on their computers.  We have spent many hours researching this issue, but have not found an answers to the problem.

I have been using Photo Gallery for years and have over 60,000 photos & videos that I work with. The problem with the 'Date Taken' has wasted hours of my time.  It is at the point where I can't work with this any more because it is not reliable.  There has to be a way to keep the 'Date Taken' as sacred unless I choose to change it!  Please help!  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
