I have recently refreshed my computer.  For the most part it is working much better, but I have lost my photo gallery.  It keeps changing the default to pictures library.  I want the ability to edit with the photo gallery.  I have tried to download program again in Windows essentials. It shows that it is in the computer.  It seems that the defaults will not hold.  I have windows 8.
