I have all my pictures in Windows Photo Gallery on my current laptop running Vista.  I am replacing that old laptop with a new laptop running Win 10.  I have downloaded the Photo Gallery app to my new laptop, but can find no information on transferring files from the old to new computer so that all my tags are transferred as well.  Can anyone help?
