I am having the same issue.  I too deleted the photo emails from the outbox.  It did NOT fix the problem.  I can send emails without pics just fine.  I am also receiving emails with pics just fine.  BUT I can still NOT send pics.  Anybody else have any ideas on how to FIX this problem.  It is about 2 weeks old on my computer.  I also REPAIRED Windows Essentials as described in one reply.  Did NOT work either.  Frustrating!
