Sending a Photo email from Windows Live Mail fails. The process of a Photo email includes uploading the photos to One drive, it is the uploading process that fails, it stalls on the last photo ie the process will not complete. This problem has been tested on two computers at different sites  running Windows 7. The process of sending an email with attached photos does complete. Checking Onedrive online the photos actually get to Onedrive but the email does not get to the recipient, guess this later op does not complete when the process freezes.
