I am trying to retrieve contacts and information from an account I made 10+ years ago. It keeps asking me to verify the information. I filled out a form with answers, to the best of my memory and knowledge, regarding this account. I got an e-mail back saying it wasn't sufficient enough information. I just want to get in this account, retrieve all the information, and close it. but it's at the point that it has become extremely frustrating. Please HELP!
