I have macbook air 10.10.3 with outlook for mac 2011 (14.5.3) version. and  I want to send restricted mail from my exchange email id. but permissions option is greyed out. please check below image. I have setup the RMS certificate, I can open receive mail but can't send restricted mail.

but my other mac machines this option is visible. even my office for mac is updated.

can you please help me? Thanks.
