From my Moto Android, I cannot import picture files from my gallery.  I have Photo Gallery Version 3.27.0.209781319, and I'm trying to import into Windows 10.  The prompt says I do not have permission.  I went to Photo Gallery on my laptop, clicked on Import, and Import from USB.  The USB is properly connected to the phone.
