My mail *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

And my domain www.dg-chat.com

I made all MX Records in the Domain Register + MX Entry Cpanel yesrerday

But still my mail only sending mails no recieving

And my account Pending DNS ?? I don't know what i ave to do now ??

Kindly help me asap
