I am having problems with mu email. I signed into http://domains.live.com/ with my personal email as an admin and created email addresses on my own domain name CostaCyclingExperience.co.uk I have created five users emails on this domain, the main one being
info@ but with all I am having the same issue. I can send emails from this account, but I can't recieve eny emails from other people. They get a bounce back email with this error code "550 #5.1.0 Address rejected" I have checked my dns settings and they are
exactly as instructed on outlook.com I understand that dns settings can take upto 48hours to configure but it has been more than this already and still not further forward. When logged into the admin settings on outlook this message still remains "You need
to prove ownership of this domain by creating a DNS record." Yet as I stated all the settings are correct on my dns.
Can you please help asap as my client is desperate to have his emails back up and running.
