Since applying the patch d-mail.msp to Windows Live Mail 2012 the sub folders to my inboxes now longer show, though they and their contents can be seen in File Explorer.

How do I make them visible in the left hand folder pane of WLM again?

Have run AppWiz.cpl which claims to suceessfully have repaired Windows Essentials but the problem persists.
