A few days ago, when trying to send a group message from my Hotmail account, I received a message t verify my account before the group send could occur. I went to the Hotmail.com site too do this. When I tried l logging in, it would not accept my long used password. I thought this odd, but I used the forgot password routine and set up a new password and this was confirmed from Microsoft through my alternative address. But when i tried signing in with the new password, same issue and I could not log in. I changed the password a couple more times, got the message confirming the change but unable to used the password for log in. I then set up a new Hotmail address and the password let me in there, but when i logged out and tried coming back in, the same password circus. Any help on this? I really would like to keep my original Hotamil address and password as they are also associated when i sign on my computer (Windows 8). Thank you.
