I got my account verified and suppose to reset my password but now its not working anymore been locked out really need help to get my account back I really need access to my account please help me reset my password to my alternative email. I tried putting in two more times of accunt verification I have not receive any links from Microsoft to reset my password really frustrated until I got here now. please help me :(
