May I please know how to reset the password of a user in our custom email hosted under outlook.com/domains.live.com?

One of our users under the domain pamanawatches.com has forgotten her password. The only options open to me, as Administrator, is either to suspend her account or to delete it. Is there a way to reset her password so that she can retain her email messages and yet have the capability of changing  her password?
